As new economical time arrival,the information is playing the vital role in the market economy than any time formerly,and it will continue to play an invaluable role in the market. However,the pure market economy is not entirely natural and reasonable,it would not necessarily bring the best results through relying entirely on the free market mechanism of the market economy,it easily leads to market failures,and asymmetric information is the performance of its failure.In the market economy,there are plenty of information asymmetries,especially in investment,employment,environmental protection and social welfare and so on.The reasonable allocation of human resource needs the coordination of four key links between human,firms,market and the government,but the asymmetric information has greatly handicapped in the way.For our country,in a certain way,at present utilizing some methods to mitigate these negative effects and raising the efficiency of human resource allocation is more important and more urgent This thesis briefly reviewed the situation of Chinese and foreign human resource theory studying,provide some attempt ponderation on further deepening the understanding of human resource allocation.In this foundation,starting with inspecting the current allocation situation of human capital in our country,and submitted some suggestion about further increasing the efficiency of human resource allocation.Full text spread out with six chapters surrounding the above-mentioned subject.The first chapter is introduction,which expounded the background of the selected topic,the significance of the studying and the method of the Study,supplied the necessary boundary of the Study,proposed the train of thought of the total thesis and the questions which should be deepened.The second chapter is the summary of the theory,which made a review on human resource allocation theory and asymmetric information theory separately,made a brief commentary to relevant literatures. The third chapter is the deepened understanding of basic questions,which discussed the basic questions such as the concept,the essence of human resource allocation,and supplied the basic frame of analyzing human resource allocation and asymmetric information.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of human resource allocation in our country,including some common important phenomenon.The fifth chapter deepens the study of the human resource allocation and extends it to human capital disposition efficiency in our country.The sixth chapter is countermeasure and suggestion,which based on the above analysis,from many angles of government human resource market and main body of human capital supplying and demanding,proposed the countermeasure and suggestion about further increasing the human resource allocation efficiency in our country.
