Training Needs Analysis(TNA),the first fundamental step of training activities,is the decisive factor of the success of training.With the rapid technological developments and the changing of market and internal enterprises,the ways of training needs analysis in traditional of human resources management cannot meet the training needs analysis for the company of today market environments.So,the ways of training needs analysis for de-jobbed human resources management is a problem that must be discussed.In recent years,many enterprises tend towards de-jobbed trend,as the result,there are some new structure of organizations,for example,flat organization,boundaryless organization,team,etc.Therefore,it is so must necessary to study on de-jobbed training needs analysis,aiming at its management features and demands of training.On the basis of the training needs analysis theories,background,content and technical approach,this thesis analyzes the impact of de-jobbed human resources management on training needs analysis and offers the step,methods and effective use of the conditions for de-jobbed training needs analysis.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the western and the chinese literatures about training needs analysis and de-jobbed phenomenon over the past 20 years. Secondary,through the cases and methods,the thesis analyzes the features of de-jobbed organization,and then enhances the training needs analysis on organization and staff level to make up the training needs analysis on job level.The purpose of this thesis is to find out good and suitable methods of training needs analysis for the de-jobbed enterprises.
