Study On Financial Risk Assessment And Prevention Of Fuanna

Financial risk is the main risk faced by enterprises in the process of production and operation.Preventing financial risks is an important part of enterprise risk management,and also a guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Especially in recent years,with China's economy gradually shifting from high growth to medium-high growth,great changes have taken place in the environment faced by enterprises' production and operation,and the pressure of financial risks is increasing.Financial risk prevention is based on financial risk assessment.Only by evaluating and recognizing the main risk points,can we formulate more targeted risk prevention suggestions.As a well-known home textile enterprise in China,Fuanna has been facing severe financial risk pressure because of the fierce market competition in the industry.In view of this,this paper takes Fuanna as the object,after analyzing the financial status of Fuanna,constructs the financial risk evaluation index system,and evaluates it.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding risk prevention suggestions.Firstly,the related concepts,theories and methods are introduced.Then,through the analysis of Fuanna's financial statements from 2013 to 2018,we can grasp Fuanna's financial situation.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the financial risk evaluation index system of Fuanna is constructed.The index system includes six criterion layers and 20 explanatory layers,including income risk,debt repayment risk,investment risk,financing risk,operation risk and cash reserve.Then,using the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics,the financial risk of Fuanna is evaluated.After evaluation,the risk level of debt repayment is lowest,investment,cash reserve are and the risk level of operation is high.Fuanna's overall financial risk rating is low.Finally,according to the conclusion of the evaluation,some suggestions are put forward,such as paying attention to cost control,standardizing investment activities,improving operational capacity,improving internal control and personnel construction,in order to better prevent financial risks of Fuanna and improve its financial risk management level.
