Now the world economic environment in the great depression,of course,the IT enterprises can not own nature,how to retain the current customers and development new customers are facing grave problem.To this end,enterprise need spend much on the customer relationship management to satisfying customer personal demand. Speaking of the present theory and the practice condition,with the aid of the CRM system,the enterprise operation mechanism of "take the customer as the center" is an effective way.Based on this spot,the research of the IT enterprise customer relation management appears extremely essential.The first part of this article introduced the background and the status of the customer relation management;The second part is the basic content of CRM;In the part three it describes the importance of IT enterprise and point that CRM is the business development driving force of IT enterprises;The fourth part through the investigation it analyses the key factors of IT enterprise's CRAM;According to these key factors in the fifth part it gives out the correct method about how the IT enterprises to implement their CRM,including strategic planning,feasibility analysis,business transformation, technology platform selection,project management,effect assessment of implementation;Finally,on the characteristics of IT enterprises it advises CRM should base on the knowledge management,then give the corresponding Analysis.Till now CRaM is not a new topic,but few enterprises can really do it well and achieve the desired objectives.In this paper,through the actual research and learn from other relevant information it wants to find out the key problem and give out a correct method of IT enterprises applying the CRM system.May be in the future,it can help more IT enterprises to improvement their CRaM system.
