A Study On The Mechanism Of Evolution Of The Specialized Village Based On The Perspective Of Able Person

With the improvement of the market economy and the deepening of the economic system reform,the rural area in china also experiences the change from extensive economic operation to intensive economic operation since the 1980s.In the less developed rural area,with the short of economic and social conditions,the villages which developed based on industrialized pattern are few.However,with the adjustment of rural economic structure and the development of the agricultural industrialization, "one village one product" formed the scale gradually in the less developed rural area and the level of its specialization and scale is very high.Specialized village becomes the principal part in the development of rural area.At the same time,the able person came up during the development of the specialized village.They are richer than others and they also want to lead other people to become rich together.So they play a great part in the development of the specialized village.In the less developed rural area,how does the specialized village formulate and develop? And what is the role of able person in the development of the specialized village? This paper analyses this phenomenon based on the perspective of able person and the investigation of a specialized village. The paper includes five parts.Chapter one introduces the background of the research,evaluates the existing study on specialized village and able person and illustrates the basic concept,research framework,research method and so on.Chapter two introduces the basic theory in the paper.First illustrate the theory of innovation and then review the theory of innovation diffusion.Chapter three analyses the evolution process of the specialized village in theory.It includes three parts.Part one analyses the formulation and evolution of the specialized village based on existing study and the practical development of the specialized village. Part two analyses the roles of the able person in the village especially in innovation diffusion.Part three discusses the mechanism of evolution in the village including the analysis of driving mechanism and influential factors in the macroscopical and microcosmic scale.And finally found an analysis framework of the evolution of the specialized village based on innovation diffusion.Chapter four selects a representative specialized village for empirical analysis including its process of development,individual difference of farmers,influential factors in the roles of the able person with the proper mathematic method and so on.Chapter five sums up the main conclusions firstly,and then points out the insufficiencies and the further research directions of the study.
