Management resources of private enterprises are increasingly becoming the key resource for obtaining competitive advantage, Managers' development and stability is an important condition for healthy functioning of private enterprises, The opportunity and space of managers' career development has become key influencing factors for private enterprises attracting and retaining good managers. This research embarks from the view of career development, based on human resource management theory, puts forward the research hypothesis and takes an empirical research on the factors influencing managers' career development satisfaction in private enterprises, the results of empirical analysis shows that the factors influencing managers' career development satisfaction by the role of the extent are job promotion, self-study, job autonomy, enterprise development prospects; managers of private enterprise develop a more optimistic about the prospects, the good fairness in job promotion system, managers who have strong self-study ability can exert ability in better; The private enterprise pay insufficient attention to cultivate and promote the grassroots level managers, vocational guidance exists blindness, in particular, female managers lack of vocational guidance; Vocational training on the impact of managers' career development is very weak, there are serious deficiencies in the training of managers with low education levels; Male managers pay more attention to the prospects of enterprise development, female managers are most concerned about job autonomy, high-educated managers are more likely to be promoted, older managers have a high need for job autonomy; Improving managers' career development focuses on vocational training.
