The social economy gets great development after30years’ reform and open-upAfter80employees gradually become the majority of the employees, and after80employeesalso bring high turnover rate. They are lack of team working consciousness and can’t standworking pressure. Enterprise management are confused to manage after80, and the smalland medium-sized private enterprises are weaker in the capital, management, technicalelements than the foreign-funded company or State-owned enterprises,they are muchharder to find a suitable after80employee management system.Based on the research of small and medium-sized private enterprises after80employee human resources management, this paper analyzes the background and reasonthat after80employees’weakness in enterprises from the enterprise, employees, socialenvironment. According to human resources management theory and the domestic andforeign outstanding enterprise human resources experience and combining with theauthor’s human resource management practice, the author conclude the following feasibleafter80employee management method from theory and practice:ⅰ、recruitment based onthe principle of quality over quantity; ⅱ、insist training to improve employee’s ability;ⅲ、maintian the discipline to improve employee’s efficiency; ⅳ、initiative managementto inspire employee’s positivity;ⅴ、cultural activity to show human-based management,and so on,and these management methoud will guid the practice of the small andmedium-sized private enterprises, and contribute to the growth and development of thesmall and medium-sized private enterprises.
