With the speedy development of tourist hotel industry and the maturity of domestic hotel management day by day, more and more hotels begin to realize the importance of training. In fact, the development of hotel staff training has become more mature. But, there is few training research of Middle-level managers and their core competencies. While, in the reality, a lot of hotels don't have training plane, and the relevant rules and regulation. They are lack of targeted training system.MOT theory is intended to establish customer-oriented enterprises. It contains pyramid upside down, customer-oriented enterprises and flat organizational structure.MOT theory is the effective way to improve the quality of service, it is the most powerful and influential management concepts and mode of behavior in the services sector. MOT's contents can explore the core competencies of middle-level managers in depth. Requirements and contents of MOT theory can make the training system has pertinence to optimize the service operating system of hotel companies.ChapterⅠintroduces the background and significance of choosing this topic, and overview of training theory research, sources of information, research methods.ChapterⅡis the theoretical basis of the dissertaion, introduces MOT theory and core competencies. MOT theory identifies the core competencies of middle-level managers.ChapterⅢ. Analyse the problem of training for the domestic hotel middle-level managers.ChapterⅣis the emphasis of this dissertation, that is construction of training system for hotel middle-level managers'core competencies. First of all, explain the purpose and significance of training, establish the guiding ideology, principle, and forms of organization, choose the training lecturers. The second, introduce the training needs analysis, planning, implementing training programs and contents. The last,training assessment concluded.ChapterⅤ. Conclusion.
