Study On Tourism Resource Development Of Luotuofeng Forest Park In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Luotuo feng Forest Park, which is located in MuLan County of Harbin City, has the unique geographical location and contains a wealth of forest landscape resources. It is endowed with the places and conditions for the development of forest tourism. The development of forest tourism is an important form of sustainable development. And it is able to resolve the contradiction between resource conservation and local economic development. In this article, the specific theory and method are used to research Tourism Development in the Luotuo feng Forest Park with a theoretical and practical significance.This article first research on Forest Park Tourism Exploitation, such as the background, the research purposes, the main research content, the research methods and the study on exploring the development of Forest Park's model home and abroad. Based on the expatiation above, this article carries out a research for the procedures and pattern of the Forest Park development. It offers the guidance to the following theory study.The author does statistical analysis on field research, and then obtains the geographical situation, the forest resources and the socio-economic profile of the park through the relevant channels on a variety of collected data and information.Based on investigation of tourism resources in the Luotuo feng Forest Park, this article classify the resource and directly represent and evaluate this park's tourism resource in the way of qualitative measure. AHP and fuzzy classification quantization method are used to qualitative evaluate tourism resource. Then the author provides relative measures to exploit and develop the park.In this article, the tourism climate resource is taken as a major factor in the development of tourism planning study. According to meteorological statistics and observational data on climate in MuLan County, the resources for temperature, wind speed, relative humidity, air negative ion characteristics are analyzed. An amazing resultis gotten from the analysis and evaluation by WH Terjung comfort index, wind effect index of Luotuo feng Forest Park Forest Park. Four seasons are clear in the park. The tourist superior climatic conditions here are amazing.The suitable time for tourism of a full year is up to 6 months. The overall comfortable time is long, the air quality and the overall tourism climate are appropriate. Based on the above conclusions, opinions and suggestions are put forwarded for Tourism Product development and climate utilization.The reference researches of Forest Park Planning of the relevant scholars are analyzed. The successful experience and methods are used for reference in this part for planning and designing studies. These planning and designing studies including the overall layout and district planning studies, the main landscape and Tour circuit design research, image planning, publicity promotion, protection works, tourism service facilities and infrastructure.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of Luotuo feng Forest Park Planning and Development of tourism resources are made.
