Green Trade Barriers On Chinese Export Enterprise Technology Innovation

Today, with increasingly rising of the environmental protective consciousness, the confliction between international trade growth and environmental deterioration has become the focus of the world. On one hand, our country’s traditional mode of economic growth has been making the domestic environment worsening. One the other hand, China’s export products meet more and more Green Trade Barriers (GBT) in the international market. This becomes a big barrier to our development of foreign trade. Under this situation, the technology innovation becomes an effective way to improve the level of domestic environment and solve the GBT problem. So the study on the influences of GBT affecting to enterprise technology innovation has a significant meaning.Based on comprehensive analysis of the existing theories, this article establishes an regressive model to research the influences of the GBT affecting to enterprise technology innovation. And get the following results:GBT prompts the activities of enterprise technology innovation.And the willingness of enterprises technology innovation has a positive relationship with the different structure between the trade countries, and the size of import countries’markets. And the innovative activities is consumer demand oriented.Finally, under above conclusions, this article offers some political suggestions of how to speed up the enterprise technology innovative activities,and points out the direction for the further research.
