A Study Of The Gvernment Role In The Enterprise Independent Innovation

The development of China has entered a stage in which we must seriously draw our attention to the quality of economy. Private science and technology enterprises,as new types of business organization which accompany with the reform of economic and technological system in China,play irreplaceable roles in promoting the adjustment of economic structure, accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode, enhancing the capacity for independent innovation and dedicating to other significant aspects.This thesis closely focuses on the role of government and function of management,briefly looks back the history and characteristics of different stages of private science and technology enterprises,and seriously analyzes the difficulties they face.Mainly from the perspective of the governmental management,the thesis points out that under current circumstances,we have to rely on the support of governmental environment of policies and a series of integrated innovations,such as administrational concepts,systems,means, etc,if we want to attain leapfrog development.At the same time, innovations of governmental management should provide essential,effective and supportive methods according to the laws of market economy,which is inevitable in accomplishing the administrational management goal that the governmental management is always in its place,thus realizing the value of it and boosting rapid and healthy development of private science and technology enterprises.
