An Analysis About The Real Estate Profession Teaching Reform In Universities Of Our Province

The stable development of the real estate industry demands a great number of specialists. In contrast, the teaching quality cannot catch the development speed.The thesis studies real estate profession teaching in the universities. Meanwhile the author has rich experience in the real estate industry, the relevant teaching and the teaching reform. By means of investigation, document and comparison, and the knowledge about the real estate teaching reform both at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the teaching state and its problems in our province and puts forward the specific measures to the universities teaching in major, course, staff, teaching and assessment.Specifically, the thesis states that universities should not follow others in setting the major and should improve the qualification and set the real estate as the separate one; that we should regulate the courses and their structure, compile the textbooks and establish our own textbook system that we could employ some and train others at school in building teaching staff; that should strengthen the teaching reform and innovation and apply the modern equipment and that we should build new assessment system with seven parts.
