Study The Reform Of Higher Vocational Real Estate Major's Practicing Teaching System In Sichuan Tianyi University

Higher Vocational Education trains applied talents. Students graduate from real estate major not only need to adapt to it's job, but also need some expanding capacity. So practicing teaching is the key point of Vocational Education and it's also the important assurance of it's characteristics. In the development of higher vocational real estate major, practicing teaching ideas, practicing the construction of teaching hardware and software, practicing teaching methods and practicing teaching evaluation are the core issues when we discuss it.This article summarized the reform of practicing teaching project in Tian Yi University. On the basis of higher vocational universality's study, we studied the characteristic of real estate major and the problem of students' employment direction, and we established the practicing teaching system of higher vocational real estate major, including drive system, dominant system, security system and practical teaching evaluation system. This article studied the the whole process of this reforming project, including study the feasibility of this project, conduct three times' amendment on the training program of higher vocational real estate major' talents, construct the practice base both inside and outside the school, implement '511' project and form the evaluation system. This article mainly explained the different teaching method between higher vocational education and normal higher education, and had more practicing operation: reform educational idea and diversity of teaching mode and practice the diversity of teaching base's construction. At the same time, in order to give the teachers' reform and financial support some advices, we studied and summarized the management of human resources and financial resources, and also summarized the security system.In the end, this article conducted post evaluation on this project, and propose the still existing problems in the current reform of practicing teaching system. Then gave some suggests:First, make college, teachers and students recognize the importance of practicing teaching. Second, strengthen the monitoring on this project's implement, and improve the efficiency of practicing teaching's reform. Third, explore company's potential and increase company's support on practicing teaching. Forth, put forward multi-ways to solve the problem of the funding source.
