Study On Integrated Development Of Yiyang Butt Join Chang-zhu-tan

This paper selects Yiyang,the nearlest city to Chang-Zhu-Tan between 3+5 urban cluster in Hunan Province,as the study object to, based on experience of city integration develop in domestic and foreign, and considered actual situation of Yiyang and relationships between Yiyang and Chang-Zhu-Tan,set forth developmental strategy of Yiyang's new urbanization,new industrialization and new countryside building in new time,namely integrated development strategy of Yiyang and Chang-zhu-tan.And the paper comes to the following conclusions through the study:(1) The paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the condition of Yiyang's integrated strategy:economical intensity between Yiyang and Chang-Zhu-Tan,Yiyang's resources condition,Mutual complements analysis in economy,Infrastructure condition,Ecological and environment condition,restricted factors existed now.Author believes that Yiyang join Chang-zhu-tan strategy answers the call of the general trends of social and economical development.(2) Author discussed Systematically the driving mechanism of Yiyang's integration strategy and Yiyang's function localization in Chang-Zhu-Tan-Yi area.Think that the drive can be classified into four: central city drive,the drive of Obtaining the whole competitive advantages,The drive of pursueing common interests.And force pushed by Yiyang government.Yiyang's function localization in Chang-Zhu-Tan-Yi area is second-rate city,new industrialization (include New energy base,High technology Industrial base,Advanced manufacturing industry base,Light Industrial base,transportation and distribution center in Hunan middle—north),and culture-ecology tourist city.(3) The paper,from a global perspective of the agglomeration,lays out the framework for the integration strategy of Yiyang and Chang-zhu-tan with the goal:Enhances the whole urban cluster's competitive advantages and integrates society,economy,ecological and environment in Chang-Zhu-Tan-Yi area.Determined strategic spatial point,corridor and spatial network which is helpful for Yiyang butt join Chang-zhu-tan.Bring forward tactics of some aspects such as police, industries,markets,traffic,logistics flow,information service,banking business,science,technology and education,culture,farming and so on. Finally,the paper proposed some measure suggestion for Yiyang's integration develop:establish high effective government managemental system and operation,Constructes landscape,so the city will be more beautiful,builds livable city's ecology and environment,utilization of overseas funds,bring in intellectual resources,save and intensify land, guide industry develop to industrial cluster.Mainly makes some characteristic town.Speed up to building new socialist countryside and new industrialization.
