| Nowadays,as the development speed of economical glabolization, informationization,marketization and integration in all countries over the world accelarates,the world is entering a globalized post-industrialized society based on the information technologies.The human resource development is placed increasingly importance in this ferious international competition.Because of its characteristics and relatively large room for development,the knowledge-based elderly human resource in cities and towns,accounting for a major force of the elderly human resource,gains increasingly attention.This thesis has investigated the nature and distinctiveness of knowledge-based elderly human resource in cities and towns of our country,summarizing its unique features from the aspects of psychological state,security condition, capability and availability of time.Through the angle of the market, analyzing the factors that affect the supply and demand of knowledge-based elderly human resource in Chinese cities and towns,we come to realize the great potential and feasibility of developing knowledge-based elderly human resource in cities and towns at present. Later,the existing major problems and causes for these problems in the development of knowledge-based elderly human resource in Chinese cities and towns are analyzed macrostructually in simple terms.In line with the four developmental principles of knowledge-based elderly human resource in Chinese cities and towns,the corresponding countermeasures are given accordingly which intensify the omni-directional solution to the development issue of knowledge-based elderly human resource in cities and towns with joint endeavour nationally(from government),socially and individually.A framework of nation,society and individual jointly developing the knowledge-based elderly human resource will be constructed in an attemptto meet the requirements of economical development and construction of hamonious society. |
