A Study On Integration Of Resource-based Industrial Of Loudi City

Resource-based industrial is the industrial which has the close correlation with the mineral resource exploitation and processing, is the fundamental industry which has the high industrial interrelatedness and the formidable economical propelling force. Loudi is a city full of mineral resources. For a long time, Loudi's economy has been occupied the absolute superiority by the resource-based industry. The situation will continue a period of time based on the present economical development phase and the environment. Because of the extremely incisive, the resource-based industrial constitutive contradictory will cause Loudi's economy to develop relative backwardly. Therefore, how to transform the resources superiority into the economical superiority is a urgent problem which is worth discussing has certain theory significance and the practical significance.Under this background, the integrated development of resource-based industry of Loudi has been studied in this article. First, using industrial economics, regional economics and mineral resource economics' theories and method, through investigating on the spot and the consulting literature, utilizing quantitative analysis and the comparison analytic method synthesisly, the author has analyzed the resource-based industrial development condition and the present situation. The insufficiency has also been discovered about the resource-based industry of Loudi. Then, the industrial development stage of Loudi which is in the initial time of the industrialization intermediate stage has been analyzed according to Chenery's pattern. Quite a long time, It will also develop the heavy industry primarily in Loudi, how to optimize the use of resources, reduce the environment pollution become a urgent problem which needs to solve by government. Finally, the overall mentality and the method has been put forward on the integrated development of the resource-based industry and the author proposed indemnificatory measures: Enhancing infrastructure construction, constructing fast and convenient transportation network; using information technological platform fully, enhancing the market efficiency; Optimizing industrial structure and industrial layout, transforming economical growth way; developing circulate economy, raising the use of resources and so on .
