Recent years, many enterprises have the problem of knowledge staff's incentive and management. Especially in the high tech enterprise, the incentive measures are generally deficient for knowledge staff, and knowledge personnel rate of flow is very big. How to retain the knowledge and talented person and attract the fresh blood to satisfy enterprise development is a realistic question which the enterprise should consider urgently.Z Corporation belongs to the high tech chemical industry, in present the company lies in the making enterprise core competitiveness stage, how to drive the knowledge staff effectively is the key for its success. After define what's the knowledge staff and knowledge staff's connotation and the characteristic, the author introduced the related incentive theory, through the questionnaire, and interview the administrative staff and so on, analyzed the questions of the present incentive mechanism, and for these existence questions, the author proposed the related improvement strategy and the effective safeguard through questionnaire and interview according to the corporation's environment and culture. The author think if we want to solve the current incentive mechanism problems, we should distinguish the knowledge staff demand's sociality, and distinguish the hygienic factor and incentive factor, and pays attention to the knowledge staff's hierarchical, and give different driving measures to the different level staff. Simultaneously we should pay great attention to giving the professional instruction and profession plan for knowledge staff. Establish the good enterprise culture, strengthen the trust mechanism, and establish the scientific and effective achievements examination system, and enhance staff's work enthusiasm and the sense of belonging, only in these ways can we drive knowledge staff effectively.
