| This thesis analyzed the status of recruiting the sales in several ireas. It also researched the recruitment procedure, the main difficulty which the company faced during the process. After compared the existent theoretic with the practical work, this thesis focused on how to manage the whole process, how to make the recruitment flow much more effective. It collected data from a recruitment case which detail showed the orientation of the position, selection of the recruitment channel, filter the Curriculum Vitae of the applicant. This complex case illuminated the difficulty which would probably happen during the practical work, and then the thesis analyzed the possible reasons and made suggestions to the employer to improve the management of the recruitment process. |
