The Justice Of Land Expropriation In Wuhan

With the acceleration of the urbanization process of Wuhan, the growing area of agricultural land has been expropriated, which gradually highlighted the justice problems in the land expropriation compensation. These problems not only caused the psychological changes in farmers whose land had been expropriated, but also affected the social harmony and stability in rural areas. Therefore, solving these problems well is not only the needs for solving the "three rural" issue, but the needs for building a harmonious society in Wuhan.In this context, this thesis analyzes the justice in land expropriation compensation of Wuhan through two branches: The one is to analyze the justice between generations; the other is to analyze the justice in one generation. Then this thesis gives some suggestions to promote the realization of justice in land expropriation compensation of Wuhan.This thesis is divided into five chapters in the structure: the first chapter is the introduction, including research background, research significance, research methods, literature review, and so on. The second chapter is comprised by the outline of land expropriation compensation policies and the current state of land expropriation compensation in Wuhan. The third chapter is related to the analysis about the justice of land expropriation compensation between generations. It includes how to judge the justice between generations and the reasons for the unjust in land expropriation compensation. The fourth chapter is about the justice of land expropriation compensation in one generation, and the structure is the same as the third chapter's. The last chapter is the conclusion and suggestion, this part attempts to find the key factors which result in the unjust in land expropriation compensation of Wuhan, and put forward some proposals to improve the justice in land expropriation compensation of Wuhan.
