Construction And Implementation Of CPFR Model Based On EbXML

CPFR(Collaborative Planning,Forecasting and Replenishment) is a new supply chain technology absorbs QR,ECR Management Concepts and integrates the advantages of VMI,JMI technologies.It is supported by information technology, stresses collaborative relationships,and improves the efficiency of the whole supply chain by planning,forecasting,replenishing to the extent of the whole supply chain. CPFR is an important trend of the development of supply chain management and is generally accepted with the popularizing of SCM ideas.CPFR requires of co-operation and complete information exchange among enterprises,so information technology is the main difficulty in the implementation of CPFR.It can further promote the implementation of inter-firm collaborative supply chain management with the help of modern information technology.Based on the analysis of the concrete process of the implementation of CPFR and its business model, the paper proposes to use electronic business extensible markup language(ebXML) to solve the problems in the implementation of CPFR and to promote the implementation of CPFR.The paper introduces the necessary of CPFR for supply chain enterprises,and makes analysis on the principium of CPFR and the profit that suppliers and demanders gain from the value of supply chain and CPFR.And then,in accordance with the standard steps of the implementation of CPFR,the paper raises that enterprises should prepare for the implementation of CPFR from the outside and inside.By analyzing the key data stream of CPFR,the paper builds the business model of the application of ebXML in CPFR.In chapter 5,the paper describes the detail of the implementation of CPFR using ebXML.In the end,the paper analyzes the problems from the application of ebXML in CPFR,and further studies the promotion of ebXML in collaborative supply chain management.
