The Research Of Strategic Human Resources Management About Life Insurance Companies In Shandong Province

With the full liberalization of Chinese insurance market, the increasing number of new insurance companies and the expansion of their branches make the competition of life insurance market in Shandong Province increasingly fierce. But Life insurance companies in Shandong Province as important strategic institutions of many life insurance companies in China still exist many problems about Human Resources Management (HRM), especially in systematic and strategic aspects about HRM. At the same time, Human Resources (HR) is the core resource of enterprise and HRM must use strategic vision for acquiring competitive advantage, which has been generally recognized by business and academic fields at home and abroad. Therefore studying Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM) system for life insurance companies in Shandong Province by SHRM theories has a very important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of these methods of literature analysis, logical reasoning, comparative analysis, statistical analysis and case studies , the thesis would be mainly divided into four parts: The first part is on the basis of the development stages of HRM and business strategy theories analysis, which describes the inevitability of SHRM development and lays the foundation for theoretical analysis in the second part ;The second part mainly analyses SHRM theories at home and abroad, especially the analysis of resource-based SHRM theories and related theoretical models; The third part mainly analyses the problems of HR and HRM about life insurance companies in Shandong Province, in addition the thesis analyses current situation about Shandong XX Life ; On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical analysis in the first three parts, Part IV builds a model about SHRM system as an example to Shandong XX Life and describes the relationship of its internal systems, meanwhile Part IV has some related researches about SHRM system of Shandong XX Life which is operated. In this paper, the model built about SHRM system of Shandong XX Life is an innovation in the application.
