Research On Performance Measurement Of The Integrated Food Cold Chain Logistics

In recent years,food safety accidents occur frequently.As an important element to protect food safety,the food cold chain logistics plays an important role in the food cold chain.The development of logistics is the improvement of integrated logistics,and the food cold chain logistics is just one case.In order to provide high level food cold chain logistics services and improve the market competitiveness,more and more enterprises in food cold chain apply integrated logistics operation through resource integration, information sharing,organizations and processes integration.The concept of the integrated food cold chain logistics was put forward under the above background.However,the performance measurement of the integrated food cold chain logistics becomes the primacy obstacle of its development.The traditional measurement methods and ideas concerning individual business enterprise are not suitable to the request of the integrated food cold chain logistics,and then the research of the integrated food cold chain logistics and its performance measurement seemed to be increasingly important. This is the theoretical and practical significance of this research.On the base of literatures review of the food cold chain logistics management and performance measurement theory,this dissertation studies the performance measurement theory and method of the integrated food cold chain logistics using the theory of integrated logistics,food cold chain and performance management.Aimed at designing the performance measurement system,the dissertation studies the performance of integrated food cold chain logistics and its measurement system from the internal and external logistics chain,and then gives the quantitative method and formula of each evaluation index.In order to facilitate the practical application,the dissertation gives an measurement method and the empirical analysis based on the BP neural network model.This dissertation is supposed to offer some valuable inspirations to the performance measurement of the integrated food cold chain logistics.In addition,there are 15 figures and 8 tables in the dissertation.The dissertation also has referred 66 reference documents.
