This thesis studies current status and prospect of projectification management in domestic and abroad based on project management as well as projectification management, confirms research on application of value accelerator for operation management.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the problems that A company confronts from development phase, operation condition, organization chart, business process, peers’ business, marketing environment. It probes the causes and solutions, deep dives the necessary and feasibility of instruction for value accelerator, focus on how to design and introduce value accelerator in company operation and launch new implementation process.Thirdly, this thesis analyzes research on how to explicate operation process for value accelerator in company operation, by identifying the request value accelerator and defining criteria of selection. It analyzes how PMO organize and coordinate the internal resource in order to control and supervise the process during course of value accelerator.Afterwards, this thesis studies how to set the performance target for value accelerator, quantify the performance. It assesses implementation based on KPI of equipment reliability and PTOI calculation. It analyzes how to track and adjust the schedule of value accelerator.This thesis analyzes the steps and factors which influence the process of value accelerator for case study. It discusses bottleneck of operation by brainstorming and quantifies the target which tailored to problem-solving. Meanwhile, it monitors and supervises the whole process of value accelerator, summarizes the lessons and experience of implementation results.This thesis draws conclusions for implementation of value accelerator and finds some defects throughout implementations. Value accelerator is worth spreading for facilitating development of operation management.
