Research On The Construction Of Enterprise's "Incubation And Acceleration" Service Chain System

In recent years,China has entered a new normal period of economic development.The start-up and sound development of enterprises is an important factor in promoting China's economic development.Since the contribution of the company to the social economy cannot be ignored,we must also ensure the rapid and sound development of the company.Business incubators and accelerators can be said to help companies solve various problems in the development process.Nowadays,relevant scholars at home and abroad have conducted various researches and developments on business incubators and accelerators,and have achieved remarkable results.People gradually apply business incubators and accelerators to the practice of various types of enterprises.The state is also very concerned about the development process of business incubators and accelerators.In November 2012,the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China upgraded the “innovation-driven” to a national development strategy.This requires local governments to increase their emphasis on incubators and implement them in accordance with the requirements.The National Incubator Development Plan for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan has reached a new trend for the incubator to accelerate its construction in the new era.In 2016,the State Ministry of Finance also proposed that real estate tax and land use tax shall be exempted for eligible incubators for self-use and for the use of land or property provided by the incubator to enterprises for free or through leasing;Income from housing and providing incubation services is exempted from business tax;during the period when the business tax is changed into a VAT pilot,the income from renting venues,houses,and providing hatchery services to the hatchery is exempted from VAT.In addition,there are a series of preferential policies,showing that the country attaches great importance to the development of business incubators and accelerators.For the establishment of the incubator-accelerating service chain system of enterprises,although many scholars have carried out related researches,the system is not yet perfect and there are many places where we need to supplement and innovate.Based on the current situation,the task facing us is still relatively difficult.This article starts with the rise of the enterprise's "incubation-acceleration" service chain system research.Based on the existing research of business incubators and enterprise accelerators,it makes detailed theoretical analysis and case analysis of the specific content of the system.First of all,we will sort out and supplement the research related to business incubators and enterprise accelerators.We must lay a solid foundation for building the company's "incubation-acceleration" service chain system.Then find out the logical associations between business incubators and accelerators,and conduct in-depth research on the coupling and docking mechanism between them.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the agricultural small and micro enterprises in Henan Province,and the difficulties encountered in the development process were studied using the established “incubation-acceleration” service chain system and a constructive countermeasure was proposed.
