TH equipment manufacturing company is a small private enterprise in the development stage with lower capital scale,technology level and business abilities.Therefore,how to promote the comprehensive development of human resources management and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises through the effective staff performance appraisal scientifically and fairly,has become a top priority.This paper summarized the existing research results of employee performance studies from the domestic and foreign professor.Based on research's results,by using visit and questionnaire methods to understand the development strategy of TH company and the core competencies of existing employees,the paper established employee performance appraisal and improved employee performance index.Through the employees performance's questionnaires research which based on the TH enterprise internal departments and staff,the results analysis shows that there has been having a lot of problems: the purpose of employees performance is not clear,the indexes lack of scientific significance,appraisal results lack of communication and feedback,few of applications of appraisal results are used,selection of appraiser is improper,appraisal cycle is unreasonable,the appraisal regulation is imperfect.This paper combined TH enterprise development strategy with post professional ability for employees,designs suitable staff performance indexes in order to combine the realization of enterprise strategic goal and the core professional ability of the post with employee performance,to promote sustainable development of enterprise.Performance appraisal contents designed in the paper for TH equipment manufacturing company can provide theoretical guidance for SMEs' staff performance.At the same time,it can provide a reference for similar industries.
