The Research On The Resource System And Integration Mechanism Of Railroader Training

Along with harmonious railroad construction and technology equipment modernization process quickening,at present,china's railway has entered a new stage of development.The overall quality of employees has become a constraint on the rapid development of China's railway industry bottlenecks.Passenger dedicated line construction,the introduction,digestion and absorption of modern equipment, large-scale acceleration,construction of railway information and so on.Each of work has put forward higher requirements on the quality of railroaders.Because of changes in the external environment,in the railroader training practice,many new problems emerging,such as contradictions in the work and learning,training resource lack of direction,the low rate of resource sharing,lack of unified management,means of the application of new technologies and the applicability,the low enthusiasm of railroaders on learning and so on.These have seriously hindered the quality and efficiency of railroader training.The reason is the railway industry's lack of an effective mechanism for the integration and sharing of resources.Under this background,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of railroader training,it's urgent need to develop a mechanism based on the learning characteristics of China's railroaders and the present situation of railroader training resources system.Through the resource integration put closer together of railroader training and production in order to meet the needs of a harmonious of railway construction on the railroaders new requirements of quality.From the perspective of system theory,This article bases on the learning characteristics of China's railroaders and the present situation of railroader training resources system,refers foreign railway industry the successful experience of railroader training resource construction and integration,analyzes the present situation and problem of the railroader training resource system,proposes some development,integration and design suggestions of resources,combines with the current production of China's railway,ameliorates the system of the railroad training resource,in order to establish the strong operational mechanism of railroader training which bases on the present situation of railroader training resources system and integrates the training theory,the system theory and the instructional design theory with the mechanism.
