| ABSTRACT:With the economic globalization and knowledge economy era, the competition between enterprises has evolved into a multi-level against behavior, and human resource is the key and important part of human resources, how to maximize utility, how to establish long-term competitive advantage, I think scientific and reasonable training is one of the essential requirements of achievement, and become the strategic requirements for enterprise development. In modern times, the training of enterprise's competitive position and has far-reaching influence in some sense, from an enterprise is pay attention to employee training and development, can predict the future competition potential.Taking jinan railway diversified-economy enterprises as the research object, by its staff training management of the status of the investigation and analysis, combining modern enterprise management theories and methods about how to construct, jinan railway diversified-economy enterprises during the transformation of employee training management system is deeply studied and discussed.This is divided into five chapters, the first chapter basically introduces the research background, the paper studies the purpose and significance of the thesis writing thoughts and content and structure, the thesis research methods. The second chapter to the first training management related research at home and abroad are introduced, and then the training of basic theory, the training mode of related theory, this chapter reviews the research is theoretical basis.
