With the continuous development of market economy, the competition of development and survival of enterprises is getting stronger and stronger.In order to survive and develop, enterprises are thinking much of the training of the person with ability.Employee training is the important method of getting the person with ability by enterprises .However, employee training is offen defeated because of a lot of reasons and does not achieve its expecting aim. The important reason of employee training failure is lack of training system.That the theories contact is actual is insisted in this paper, and the domestic and international training theories are foundation. The Huaihai Mechanism Manufactory human resource training is looked on as the study object. The present condition of The Huaihai Mechanism Manufactory human resource is analysed in this paper, and the key problems of the employee training are found and analysed,and the training system is optimized.When the system is designed in this paper , the training need analysis and the training evaluation and making training plan are studied perfectly. At the same time, a series of thoughts of more improving the training effect are specialized .Questionnaire inquiry to research the opinion of the all training management process of the present human resource management of the particular management person and the effect brought by it is adopted to get the first data.And describing Stat to deal with the data is adopted to find the problem of the present system.By anatomying the cause of formation of the problem, the reasons of producing the problem are found out. The relate training theories are combined to suit the remedy to the case,and the optimized training management system of The Huaihai Mechanism Manufactory is gotten finally. Modern human resources training and exploring pattern,the training need analysis and the training valuation,build of training resources,training operation,occupation career programming and so on are adopted in this paper.This system is designed and the base is established for settling the training problem in this manufactory,and a platform is established for the employee of this manufactory too.This system suits the characteristics of this manufactory.It is the outcome of the domestic and international training theories and the characteristic of this manufactory.It has rather maneuverability,practicability.It suits the enterprises that have the resemble characteristics too.
