| With the growth of China's comprehensive national strength,the expansion of foreign trade and the improvement of people's life,people would rather to choose the safe,fast and convenient air transport,civil aviation productivity has been stimulated and released,the civil aviation industry had development rapidly.In this context of development,with the western development policy and the "One Belt and One Road" strategy,Yunnan civil aviation industry has also been developed.Kunming Airport as the center of the Yunnan airport net,which occupies an important position in the northwest and southwest civil aviation system,it is facing the Southeast Asia,South Asia window and portal,and proposed to become a national portal hub airport.However,in the process of building a national gateway hub airport,Kunming Airport have to face the disadvantages from the infrastructure equipment,management level,quality of service,also have to encounter the competition threat of the high-speed railway and Chongqing,Chengdu airport,therefore,improve the airport competitiveness has become the urgent needs in the present age.On the basis of previous studies,this paper analyzes the competitive advantage and competitor of Kunming airport through the Michael Porter's "Diamond Model".At the same time,the paper analyzes the competitiveness index of the airport,the hinterland support and the airport network.Through the comparison of indicators,it is found that the service level of Kunming airport needs to be strengthened,the passenger transit rate needs to be improved,the number and quality of the base airlines need to be improved and so on.Finally,learning the experiences from the world best airport,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Kunming airport by improving the infrastructure construction,expanding the aviation network and improving the service quality. |
