As the global service economy is formed, modern service industry especially the producer service industry is increasingly important in the development of national economy. However, the development of producer service industry is slow, small-scale, simplex functional and inefficient in China, and do not play its important role in the development of economy. Therefore, based on the purpose of making the producer service industry larger and stronger, this thesis makes mainly research on the centralized development of knowledge-intensive producer services and implementing strategy of cooperated service innovation in industry cluster.Firstly, the basic theory about producer service is introduced, and based on the background of developing situation of service industry and producer service industry in China, it is found that facing favorable opportunities for growth and market demand, producer service enterprises have their own potential for growth and needs for development. On this basis, the centralized developing trend of producer service enterprises is been proposed, then the necessity and important implications of producer service enterprises' centralized development are analyzed.Secondly, combined with environmental needs of knowledge-intensive producer services, three kinds of territorial centralization modes and each formative dynamical mechanism are summarized and analyzed, including integrated centralization that attached to the surrounding of modern manufacture, layer-type specialized centralization that take Central Business District as core, and assorted sys??tized centralization in industry clusters. In addition, based on overseas successful experiments of typical knowledge-intensive producer services, specific implementation strategies are put forward to promote knowledge-intensive producer services centralized development in China. And then, under centralized condition, basing on the transition of knowledge-intensive producer services'production modes from standardization to customization, knowledge-intensive producer services are divided into six types, including finance and insurance, information and communication technology, modern logistics, professional technology, business services and other professional services. These services have features of high knowledge and technology, high customer interaction, high innovation, high contract, services'comprehension and integration. Based on this, three typical operation modes of knowledge-intensive producer service enterprises in centralized condition are put forward, including manufacturer self-management service mode, service outsourcing mode and collaboration service mode, combined with actual cases to analyze successful implementing condition for each mode. Finally, for the knowledge-intensive producer service enterprises that choose centralized development, a developing strategy of cooperative service innovation in clusters is put forward. First of all, according to knowledge-intensive producer services'general process to carry out service innovation, aiming at the characteristics of service industry, driving forces of service enterprises'cooperative service innovation in industrial cluster are summarized. Then, a conceptual model of cooperative service innovation of service enterprises in industrial cluster is established, which includes three components: core services business, collaborative agents, and the main external factors. Finally, according to a linear recursive trust model and game analysis of cooperation innovation, this thesis verifies the necessity of cooperative service innovation, and points that the effects of cooperation innovation are affected by R&D spillovers in industrial clusters and the trust level between cooperative enterprises.
