Study On Structure Change, Influencing Factors And Evaluation Of Land Utilization In Jiuyuan District, Baotou City

Land is the important productive factor. Land utilization is the Hot and advanced subject of geography, ecology and economics. With the rapid development of urbanization and economy, land become the necessity for regional economy development, so the unequal benefit distribution in the procession of land requisition is paid much more attention and need to be solved further.Now, research on the structure change, influencing factors and evaluation of land utilization is very few. The paper takes the Jiuyuan district in Baotou as the sample, mainly based on investigation materials of land utilization, social and economic statistics, historical document, applies the models of mathematics statistics, regression analysis and GIS technology, and analyzes the situation of land utilization. There are complicated geomorphology shape and various types of land utilization in Jiuyuan district of Baotou, which lies in the urban and rural transition zone of borderline discipline of Baotou city. It is unreasonable land use structure, low quality of land management and over utilization of building land and so on over a long period of time that cause decrease of cultivated land, retrogression of land's quality and reduction of the creature's productive potentiality. What is worst that all of these have formed a vicious circle of land development-destruction-redevelopment.In this thesis, under the support of GIS technology, it analyzes and evaluates the characteristics of land utilization for Jiuyuan from the aspects of amount, types and space. On the basis of that, the paper further empirically analyzes and evaluates the influencing factors and utilization situation of the characteristics of land utilization for Jiuyuan. At last, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable land utilization in Jiuyuan, and also gives the reference to plan and management of land utilization of every level government. The measures are as followings: adjust and make better the structure and lay-out of land utilization, build and promote the virtuous cycle of land-ecology system, deepen the reformation of land utilization system, strengthen the technical management and emphasize the consciousness of land-cherishing.
