In the times of knowledge economy,the production and management of enterprise face the unprecedented challenges.Market demands change fast,the production technology changes with each passing day,and the life cycle of products is shorter and shorter.The virtual enterprise is exactly a result of this era.Meanwhile,knowledge becomes the most important competitive resource of the enterprise.The rareness and importance of knowledge resource get the further request to seek knowledge resouce and combine knowledge resouce all over the world.The high-speed development of information communication and network makes it possible to inter-organizational knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise.Virtual enterprise is alliance body of differenet organizations,between them it is the mutual transaction to form by the alliance relation.This new operation of enterprise management represents the more flexible"competition-cooperation"relationship betweenn cooperative parties whose most important motivation is sharing different knowledge.The dissertation firstly introduces related concepts and theories of virtual enterprise and knowledge management.On the basis of analyzing characteristic of enterprise's knowledge,the paper then analyzes the course of knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise,and describes the unique characteristic of inter-organizational knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise.After that,the paper focuses on the mechanism of inter-organizational knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise,and analyzes several key influence factors of virtual enterprise's knowledge sharing.Based on the above research,the dissertation constructs a relatively complete virtual enterprise's knowledge sharing framework,including technology and learning mechanism.
