A Study On The Land Utilizing Scale And The Drive Mechanism Of Hangzhou: 1990-2007

Since its reform and opening up,China's economic has developed rapidly,and the process of urbanization has pushed forward continuously,as a result,the expansion of scale of urban land use has become inevitable.Urban land's continously expand leads to the greatly reduction of the arable land which has been scare now.Thus,it is of great significance to study the characteristics and the driving force of the urban land expansion and propose the measures for optimal allocation of urban landSince 1990s,as a coastal open city,Hangzhou developed rapidly,along with expansion of built-up areas of land is very quick.Therefore,analysis of Hangzhou urban land use change and its driving mechanism will be useful for the protection of arable land and promotion of the intensive of urban land conservation,but also provide a reference for urban land use planning and management.In this paper,the study contents are as followings:ChapterⅠ,introduction.This article discusses the background and significance of writing,research progress both home and abroad,research contents and research objectives,research methods and technical routes and possible innovation.ChapterⅡ,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Define a few concepts research on this paper,at the same time,do simple research on the theory of scale of urban land use,such as location theory,aggregation of economic theory,differential rent theory.ChapterⅢ,changes of land size in Hangzhou.Introduce the geographical location and socio-economic profile of Hangzhou,analyze of the scale of changes in land use trends in Hangzhou on this basis.ChapterⅣ,theoretical analysis of driving mechanism of the land scale changes in Hangzhou.On the basis of the analysis of the overall changes trend of the land size, according to element-system theory,make qualitative analysis of the driving mechanism of land-use change in Hangzhou from economic factors,demographic factors,urban environmental factors,human factors the four factor influencing on urban land-use change. ChapterⅤ,empirical analysis of driving mechanism of land-scale changes in Hangzhou.First of all,determine the dominant factor of the expansion of construction land in Hangzhou through the principal component analysis,and then establish the corresponding regression model and explain it through stepwise regression.ChapterⅥ,conclusions and prospects.Summarize the main conclusions of this paper,and discuss the deficiency of this paper and aspects should be further concluded.
