| Job Evaluation is a course of making sure the relative value of position. It analyzed the responsibility, labor intension and qualification of the position on the basis of position analysis. Under the condition of logistics enterprises developing fast in china, there should be a feasible system of analysis of position in order to calculate the value between different positions, make sure fair and reasonable salary structure, increase staffs satisfaction and fair sense with salary and realize the prompting everybody.This paper started the research from general job evaluation comparing. The writer tried to find out the factor system of logistics enterprise Job Evaluation by the analysis and research on the characteristics of logistics enterprise. On the base of reference thoughts of Hays Systematic Law, the writer formed an analysis system of logistics enterprise position with vocation characteristics, and tried to consummate it.Firstly, this paper introduced the job evaluation theories, actualizing principle and analysis methods from domestic and abroad. It gave emphasis to analyze characteristics, disadvantages and adaptability of these methods. Then, it emphasized on introducing design thoughts and analysis way of Hays Systematic Law, and analyzed its using condition in practice. On the base of the analysis, it discussed how to combine many sorts of analysis methods of Job Evaluation and conquer deficiency and disadvantages of Hays Systematic Law when it was being used. After analyzed Job Evaluation differences between logistics enterprise and general enterprise, it furthered the researches on forming system of Job Evaluation of logistics enterprise. On this foundation, it built a scientific and suitable Job Evaluation with Hay-MST analysis to enterprise system. In this system, it followed the basic thoughts of analysis of Hays Systematic Law, but renewedly defines 3 major factors. Linked with characteristics of human resources market, characteristics, and conventions of logistic and based on fact of logistics enterprise position, it independently analyzed each of 8 subsidiary factors which are more suitable to the actual conditions of logistics enterprise in order to make the test system become more pertinence and practical. At the end of this paper, it validated the actual examples of evaluation precept. This showed the logistics job evaluation with Hays Systematic Law was a scientific and effective evaluation system that is right for the needs of logistics enterprise evaluation. |
