The concept of organizational support has been proposed to this day,and has always attracted the attention of academia and society.In the past,research on the relationship between organizations and employees was limited to bottom-up recognition of organizations and employee loyalty,etc.,but did not pay attention to the other aspect,which is the study of organization's recognition and support of employees.The sense of organizational support will have a certain impact on employees' job satisfaction,how to change the impact into a positive impact,tap the potential of employees,motivate employees to strengthen work investment,and thus bring more benefits to the organization.Analysis and research issues.Mongolia's political,cultural,and economic and social backgrounds are relatively special.The government's state-owned enterprises also occupy a certain amount of resources and markets throughout Mongolia,and Mongolia's sense of support for government and organizations is a job for all employees.Studies on the impact of effect satisfaction are rare.Therefore,by reviewing relevant research and literature at home and abroad,the author conducts relevant research on the effect of the government's sense of support for the organization on the job satisfaction of all employees of the state-owned enterprises in Mongolia,and proposes a conceptual model in this paper.Take the satisfaction of all employees of 20 government-owned and state-owned enterprises in Mongolia as the satisfaction rate of this paper and the questionnaire survey object,and use SPSS23.0 and AMOS7.0 software to analyze the aforementioned satisfaction rate and questionnaire data Analysis of credibility and work validity.At the same time,systematic positive correlation analysis,factor analysis,and multiple regression methods can be used for analysis.The results of this study show that there is a positive correlation between the sense of organizational support and the job satisfaction of all employees in the state-owned enterprises in Mongolia.The five positively correlated dimensions of opportunity,work compensation,superior leadership,and relationship with colleagues all have significant positive correlation effects.Based on the results of research in recent years,the author summarized the experiences and inspirations of state-owned enterprises in the research,including further improving the job satisfaction of state-owned enterprise employees and strengthening the sense of support for the organization.It also proposes improvement measures for employees from five dimensions,including the establishment ofperformance incentive mechanism,training incentive mechanism,etc.,to promote the state-owned enterprises located in Mongolia to strengthen human resource management.
