The Evaluating Research Of The Power Plant Construction Project Management Maturity

The investing construction projects of the power plant have large investment, great risk, management difficult and high requirements characteristics. The significance of improving the research of the project management maturity is not only the improvement of the project management but also the it is a efficient management method to help the power plant to depress cost, reduce risk and improve the success rate of the project. The project management maturity can assist the power plant to improve the management model and standardize the management method and to provide a series of indicators to help power plant realize the standardized management.In this paper, we analysis the relevant measures of improving the application of the project management maturity based on the project management maturity concept and usage. We put forward the evaluation model of the power plant project management maturity and design the related index system. We make empirical research of one power plant based on the evaluation model and the index system. At last, we put forward some advices about the project management improvement based on the project management maturity.
