In recent years, with China's economy continued to develop rapidly, the open policy continues to expand the scale and level unceasing enhancement, the enterprise management and scientific and technological progress, increasing improvement of modern logistics in China to develop rapidly. Aviation logistics as modern logistics is an important part of its safety, quick, convenient, and make much progress with other modes of transportation. Aviation logistics rapid development, for local Chinese aviation logistics enterprises, brings not only new market opportunities for development, but also challenges such as market environment changes, customer demands and more competitors. Facing the new market opportunities and challenges, the study of China's aviation logistics development history, present situation and the development strategy of aviation logistics enterprises, especially the local Chinese aviation logistics enterprise of future development is very important.Based on the aviation logistics and enterprise strategic management theory, historical and present situation of domestic and international aviation logistics, the dissertation expounds it's the premise of enterprise survival, healthy and rapid development for China aviation logistics enterprises to establish clear development strategy. Enterprise development strategy not only reflect development targets, and vision, the enterprise management mode, the organizational structure, capital operation, etc., that is, the correct strategic choice directly determine the correct direction of a business enterprises and ability to adapt to the market, it is key element for an enterprise to be successful, bigger, stronger.Taking Qingdao international aviation logistics center Co., Ltd. (QAL) as the research object, and how to establish clear QAL enterprise development strategy and consolidate the leading position and regional advantages, this is to achieve the actual task. QAL in aviation logistics development strategy is still in the initial stage. In a relatively short period of time to effectively integrate aviation logistics resources, improve the current situation and seek development, has become the QAL key and urgent task. The author's trains of thought in this dissertation, analyze how to expand traditional business, perfect aviation logistics infrastructure construction, complete function of aviation logistics system. Using the SWOT, PEST and so on relative mature strategy analysis tools, conduct QAL general environmental analysis and industrial environment analysis, help QAL find out and analyze questions to work out feasible development strategy and has a reference and guidance for other aviation logistics enterprises to improve comprehensive competitive ability and regional aviation logistics development as well as provide some ideas for the development of Chinese aviation logistics enterprises based on airport.The innovative points of dissertation are as follows,1. Study aviation logistics enterprise development strategy, from a macroeconomic perspective, and to a particular business as the research object, and strive to macro and micro, whole and individual combination.2. Combine industry chain theory, outdated risk cost of inventory management with characteristics of air transport organically to make the dissertation more plentiful, more convincing.
