Business ethnic group based on social networks is a temporary team built on the social networks inside the enterprise which based on a certain project, the common management goal or professional knowledge, attracts some members with different management experience, different cultural backgrounds who come from different management departments. The members among the business ethnic group have the employees come from the enterprise or upstream and downstream enterprises in the same supply chain, specialists and scholars out of the enterprise, consumers or even the competitors.
