In the era of information or wisdom, the enterprise is facing more opportunities and challenges:information technology represented by the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and business intelligence has provided a better technical support for the enterprise. At the same time, the complex and changeful market environment and the increase of uncertainty to management have not only made enterprises lose their stable advantages, but also made enterprises speed up the rate of strategic reform.The paper has found that flattening, virtualization. no-boundary,self-organization has become the development trend of enterprise organization structure, by analyzing the information technology’s influence on the enterprise organization. But how to build the flattening, virtualized, borderless, self-organized structure? The paper points out that business ethnic group has become a new development trend of enterprise organization by analyzing the case of Haier financial group, on the basis of TEMP management method, collective intelligence and social network theory. Business ethnic group based on social networks is a temporary team built on the social networks inside the enterprise which based on a certain project, the common management goal or professional knowledge, attracts some members with different management experience, different cultural backgrounds who come from different management departments. The members among the business ethnic group have the employees come from the enterprise or upstream and downstream enterprises in the same supply chain, specialists and scholars out of the enterprise, consumers or even the competitors. On the basis of the characteristic and the function, the paper classifies the business ethnic group into four kinds, such as the master ethnic group, the user groups, the business groups and the professional groups. What important is that the platform of the business ethnic group should be connected to the management information system of the enterprise and the platform should include information resource management module oriented the information users, professional knowledge management module oriented the professional workers, the interaction transmission module oriented users and business management module oriented the business process employees.Business ethnic group based on social networks is a complex system. So the paper analyzes the elf-organizing characteristics of the business ethnic group based on social networks on the basis of the self-organization theory, and finds that the business ethnic group based on social networks is an open system that is far from equilibrium and nonlinear, and the open system is triggered the self-organization by fluctuation. The self-organizing evolution process is complex, so the paper chooses the Logistic model to modeling the self-organization process of the business ethnic group based on social networks. Through analysis discovery, the evolution of the business ethnic group based on social networks is a spiral process. The exchange of material, information and energy between the internal system and the outside environment has experienced rapid growth before the process of slow growth, and when the system capacity is saturated, the self-organization evolution of the business ethnic group will face a new choice. Therefore, the paper divides the evolution of the business ethnic group based on social networks into four stages, that is the creation stage which means the ethnic group comes from the lower order to the higher order, the expansion stage which means the ethnic complexity increases quickly, the maintenance stage and the degradation stage which means the system comes to disintegration or comes to the lower order. At last, some reasonable suggestions are given to promote the self-organizing evolution of the business ethnic group based on social networks based on the characteristics of different stage of the elf-organizing evolution of the business ethnic group.
