Construction enterprises belong to labor-intensive industries;capital and technology have a relatively small effect to the development of enterprises,while the structure,quality and ability of human resources are essential.Due to the periodicity of construction projects,the total amount of human resources in the construction enterprises present fluctuating periodically.And the enterprises are constantly recruiting,training and reducing the staff.When the construction enterprise enters the period of personnel expansion,the large number of recruitment,the urgent time schedule,and the quality of personnel recruitment work are directly affected to the progress,quality and safety of construction project.Therefore,the recruitment demonstrate important implication to the construction enterprise.However the recruitment of construction enterprises generally presents problems such as lack of professional,low completion ratio and high recruitment cost.How to effectively resolve the recruitment problem is an urgent need to research a subject for construction enterprises.The recruitment of construction enterprises was studies in this thesis from the perspective of risk management.Taking a typical construction enterprise,NF company,as a sample,45 risks in the recruitment process of construction enterprises were analyzed and evaluated firstly through questionnaires;Secondly,we established the possibility criterion,consequence criterion and importance criterion of the risk matrix.By using the risk matrix diagram,45 risks were divided into 4 levels,including 7 intolerable risks,12 important risks,24 tolerable risks and 2 acceptable risks.Then,14 types of risks were ranked by Borda count method.According to these results,the degrees of importance of each type of risk is further subdivided.This method provides a solid and reliable basis for formulating scientific recruitment risk coping strategies.Based on the risk assessment techniques,this thesis clearly points out that "the high recruitment cost of individual personnel" is the biggest recruitment risk faced by construction enterprises NF company.A countermeasures of human resource platform was put forward in the thesis.This measure can effectively solve the problem of stable core human resources and allocation of non-core human resources after being applied to the recruitment of NF company,so as to achieve the aim of controlling personnel recruitment cost.According to the importance of risk,some countermeasures were put forward in this thesis,such as intensive recruitment,the introduction of orders for skilled workers,standardization of probation assessment and standardization of recruitment,etc.,and applies these measures to the recruitment of NF company,achieving remarkable results.When these measures were applied to the recruitment of NF company,remarkable results were achieved.
