SF Corporation Strategy-Based Designment Of Performance Management System

With the globalization of the economy and the market day by day,and the influence of the financial crisis s all around whole world nowadays in particular the enterprises'survival and development is faced with the huge challenge,and the elements of uncertainty also grows day by day. Under this background, SF Corporation as a generally scale high tech private enterprise, to gain and keep competitive advantages, it starts to pay attentions to promotes the enterprise performance to achieve enterprise's strategic. Based on this, through the analysis of this company strategy and the performance management, the essay has designed a set of strategy-based performance management system for it.This article was made up of five parts.The first part mainly introduced the research background of the topic and the significances, the primary research content and the innovations;The second part theoretically introduced the strategy-based management, the performance management definition and relations between them , the performance management process, performance management system and performance management strategic tool, correlation contents and so on ,and proposed a strategy–based performance system model in this foundation; The third part has analyzed the SF Corporation's performance management system to find its existed questions and has analyzed the reason; The fourth part has re-designed the performance management system for SF Corporation in the foundation of construction of the strategy-based performance system model in the first part ,and elaborated the SF Corporation strategy-based performance management system design mentality , the plan and the system and the organization safeguards system in detail.The fifth part has summarized the designment of the entire management system.This article is through domestic studies and foreign theory about the establishment of performance management system, unifying SF Corporation own characteristics, relating theory with reality, proposed a performance management plan, conforming to the SF corporate to enhances the enterprises'competitive power of SF Corporation.
