B International, Inc. is a leading provider of chainsaw accessories—chain, bar and sprocket to worldwide marketing, both his product and brand are famous for chainsaw customer. There are more and more electrician tools manufacturer moved to China with China economic developing and government supporting electrician tools development in passed 20 years. Chainsaw manufacturers also do business in China, and their spare part manufacturers running with chainsaw companies. Development strategy is the key for B International, Inc. to get develop within world economic changes dramatically in pass several years.This article discussed B International, Inc Fuzhou Company development strategy and strategy implementation.Chapter 1,I explored the questions why I research this topic and how to discuss this topic. And the B International, Inc. Fuzhou company was introduced.Chapter 2, Three theories were introduced, there are Michal Porter's "Five Competitive Forces Shape Strategy", "Value Chain" and Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton's "Balance Score Card".Chapter 3, B International, Inc. Fuzhou company's external environment was analyses by "Five competitive forces", and made conclusion that OEM customer is the key force for company.Chapter 4, article discussed the company's value chain and compared it with competitors and value added in whole value chain.Chapter 5, BSC was implemented to draft B International, Inc. Fuzhou company's key indicators.Chapter 6, Make conclusion that company shall keep develop to become stronger and leaner.This article presents a real case to emphasize the development strategy is so important to B International, Inc. Fuzhou company.
