Opposed to cultural relics, ruins, ancient buildings and other types of tangible cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage put forward. Intangible cultural heritage, as a valuable asset of human civilization, is the essence of traditional culture. However, due to the intangible cultural heritage is very fragile and in the context of globalization and modernization, the intangible cultural heritage face extinction. In recent years, all around the world began to protect and preserve intangible cultural heritage of all ethnic groups as an international goal of people. Gradually it becomes consensus around the international country. Xinjiang is rich in intangible cultural heritage. but because of the limitations of oral tradition and the increasing modernization of people's daily lives, some of the intangible cultural expressions is losing, while others are the verge of disappearing. So, the protection of the intangible cultural heritage is urgency. The development of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang is great significance to the world's cultural heritage. In this paper, tourism, and other mufti-disciplinary research methods of the combination, theoretical research and empirical study on the integration are for the development model of Xinjiang intangible culture heritage.The works of this paper are as follows: First, The research on the concepts and classification and feature of the domestic and international scholars. Second is the research on the outline of the intangible culture heritage in Xinjiang. On the base of the classification of the intangible culture heritage, The author thinks there are four classifications about the intangible culture heritage in Xinjiang, they are works of folk, performing arts, traditional industries and festivals. The third is an analysis of modes of intangible cultural tourism in Xinjiang; The fourth is the exploitation of the intangible culture heritage in Xinjiang should to put the authenticity as the value-oriented; On the base of the study the situation and problems about tourism exploitation of the intangible culture heritage in Xinjiang, the author poses the ideas of tourism exploitation.However, because of the localization of writer's theoretical and practical knowledge, there still are some deficiencies in this research, such as the value of tourism resources and establishment of evaluation system, the tourism resources data of Kashi high-profile residential villages tourism resources, as well as interviews with tourists. The future research should focus on the type of folk literature of Xinjiang and the assessment of the value of tourism resources.
