There has been a big growth in interest in the psychological contract research in recent years. Psychological contract and corporate culture have a common psychological foundation, so scholars pay more attention in the field that psychological contract theory applied to the study of corporate culture. However, the available documents of psychological contract seldom can analyze the psychological contract of managers, especially the top managers', the same as the relationship of the psychological and the corporate culture or the impact of the psychological contract to corporate culture. Therefore the article begins by trying to link the two clues of psychological contract and corporate culture, to study the impact of hotel managers on the mechanism of corporate culture from the perspective of psychological contract. To analyze the type of hotel managers' psychological contract, and explore how the hotel managers' psychological contract influence the corporate culture through systematic research of the psychological contract of the hotel managers.First of all. the topic of this study is based on the learning of predecessors in the outstanding research achievements, which analyses the relationship between corporate culture and psychological contract. That focused on how the hotel managers" psychological contract impact the corporate culture, as well as how the theory analysis on the format and the model of hotel managers' psychological contract to the corporate culture. Then, according to the feasibility of empirical analysis, it gives the relevant assumptions and hotel managers" psychological contract on the enterprise culture and behaviors of the hypothetical model of cultural influences, analysis, and draw conclusion. Finally, it alters the psychological contract mode of the hotel managers based on the relevant conclusions. Also it provides series of proposal which are helpful to the hotel corporate culture construction.On one hand, the study expands the theory relationship in the two research areas as well as the research perspective of analysis in order to strengthen the building of corporate culture basically. On the other hand, the study could provide new ideas for the hotel enterprise culture and the construction of the formation.
