The theory of core competence was proposed by G. Hamel and C.K.Prahalad, challenging the modern enterprise theory which has dominant decades, becoming the new mainstream of the strategic management theory by substituting Michael Porter's analysis mode of the industrial structure. But the existing theory of core competence mainly centered on the theoretical study, lacking of empirical basis and microeconomic foundation, especially lacking support of cultural study. Therefore, this article has choused the title --the study on mechanism and path of corporate culture upgrading core competence, trying to construct the mechanism of the corporate culture and the core competence, analyzing the upgrading path of the core competence and evaluation model based on the corporate culture. Those are innovation of this article mainly, as well as follow-up research has identified basic ideas. Therefore, the study has important value and practical significance.Standardized research was used for main method in this article, supplemented by empirical research method, and analyzed the mechanism of the corporate culture to the core competence firstly-- corporate culture forms the power of corporate culture, which promote the power of enterprise learning, and enhance core competence of enterprises, the psychological contract and work burnout by the power enterprise learning improve core competence.Secondly, this article researches related issues—how to change the Psychological Contract dimensions by construction of corporate culture, and enhancing their core competence. The article points out the impact on organizational performance have obvious differences between the staff of the transactional and the relational psychological contracts. In order to support the core competence, enterprise should focus on its culture impact on employee's psychological contract.Thirdly, the article researches related issues -- how to change the awareness of job burnout through construction of corporate culture, so as to enhance core competence of enterprises. The article point out that the job burnout has double-sided, corporate can effectively improve the staffs potential and enthusiasm through corporate cultural construction, maintain its core competence through upgrade to staff job satisfaction.Finally, study on core competence evaluation system based on the corporate culture in this article, introducing firstly the construct system of core competence, and put forward its basic principles and the evaluation model based on corporate culture. By discussing the case of SAIC Company in detail, the article finally stated and commented the formers theoretical framework.
