With the mobility of staff among organization becoming frequent and the work pressure of individual increasing, individuals will generate different organizational commitment according to different treatment, opportunities and working conditions provided by organization. The different content and lever of organizational commitments of individuals will affect their emotional labor. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign relevant researches and literatures of organizational commitment and emotional labor, the study using questionnaire survey explored the relationship between manager's organizational commitment and emotional labor by Factor Analysis, Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis and One-way ANOVA. The study obtained conclusions as follows:1. Organizational commitment has positive relevance with emotional labor, and organizational commitment can positively forecast emotional labor.2. Affection commitment has negative correlation with surface acting, and it can predict surface acting negatively. In the meanwhile feeling commitment has positive correlation with natural acting, and it can predict natural acting positively.3. Normative commitment has positive correlation with both deep acting and natural acting, and normative commitment also can positively forecast both of them.4. Ideal commitment Organizational commitment has positive relevance with deep acting, and organizational commitment can positively forecast deep acting.5. Opportunity commitment and economic commitment have not the significant correlation with emotional labor.6. Individual's emotional labor has significant difference in the education.7. Individual's emotional labor has not significant difference in the sex, age and marital status.8. Organizational nature has significant effect on Individual's emotional labor.9. Individual's emotional labor has significant difference in the different position.
