As the fast development of the service industry, more and more scholars pay attention on emotional labor strategy.but the available literatures mainly focused on the direct relationship between the organizational support and emotional labor strategy, and there is fewer scholars study the intermediary role and situation,especially in China. Take 213 waiters of the catering company in the Nanjing as examples, this paper explore the effect of organizational support on the emotional labor strategies, the intermediary role of psychological empowerment and regulating effect of job opportunity in the relationship between the organizational support and emotional labor strategy, and examine the regulating effect of the occupational commitment in the relationship between organizational support and psychological empowerment.The result shows:1. organizational support has no significate relationship with the surface acting,and is positively related to the deep acting.2. job opportunity do not moderate the relationship between organizational support and deep acting.3. psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between the organizational support and deep acting.4.The higher the occupational commitment is,the positive effect is stronger,and lead to bigger positive effect of the orgzational support on the deep acting. The research achievement can help broaden the research field of the emotional labor, deepen the cognition of people on the choose of the emotional labor strategy of waiters, and guide the waiters to manage their emotion.
