Study On Evaluation Of Coal Enterprise's Techno-Innovation Dynamic System In Heilongjiang Province

As an important source of energy production industry, the technical innovation capability of China's coal industry has a significant impact on the country's overall technological level and competitiveness .Heilongjiang is a major coal province, has many different sizes of coal enterprises and has the role of act foot importance in the country's energy supply system. Meanwhile, the technical innovation ability of Heilongjiang coal enterprises is not only related to the pace and the scale of enterprises' innovation, but also play an important role in improving capability of regional innovation. However, due to the coal industry's late entry into market economy and special industry restrictions of coal enterprises, such as large volume of products single structure of coal production and operation activities ,stronger resource constraints, high security requirements and low technological content, caused the serious shortage of dynamic in technical innovation. Therefore, according to the characteristics and the actual situation of Heilongjiang's coal enterprises, how to improve the power for technical innovation in enterprises, how to accelerate the pace of technological innovation of coal enterprises, how to enhance coal enterprises' ability of technical innovation and how to achieve the sustainable development of the whole industry, are important issues to be studied and resolved urgently.Based on the above background, took Heilongjiang coal enterprises as an study object and according to the industry's own characteristics and existing problems, firstly, explored the related theory in the dynamic of technical innovation, expounded the meaning of power system in technical innovation, analyzed the components of its dynamic system and the status quo of Heilongjiang coal enterprises in technological innovation .On this basis, established index system for evaluating the coal enterprises in the dynamic of technical innovation .And through a comparative study of various evaluation methods that commonly used at present, determined the appropriate evaluation methods—AHP, by combining with the characteristics of the evaluation index system.
