Analysis And Evaluation Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Shanxi Coal Enterprises

China is a big country of coal resources and consumption country, which made a great contribution to the rapid development of national economy of coal. Since 2012, under the influence of many factors, the coal industry in China declined. Shanxi coal industry suffers heavy losses, causing the province’s economic plights. To walk out of predicament, Shanxi Province proposed to go to science and technology innovation as the driving force. In order to support innovation, Shanxi suggested coal and related industries “six transformation” revolutionary as new ways to promote coal indusry. The transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises has become a consensus. To achieve this goal, technological innovation capability of coal enterprises is the key. Because technical innovation is the fundamental driving force for enterprise development and the first impetus to upgrade.At present, the research on the technology innovation ability of Shanxi coal enterprises is usually stay in a single level, which in the whole industry or enterprise as the object of case. This paper is innovative in Shanxi coal listing Corporation as the research object, making the perspective of innovation of macro and micro combination. The enterprise technology innovation ability links technological innovation ability of coal enterprises with the micro foundation of the coal industry to upgrade the macro goal together. By combing related theories, ideas, establish a practical technique innovation index evaluation system of coal enterprises. Then using quantitative analysis and evaluation model to evaluate technology innovation ability of Shanxi coal enterprises level, finding the enterprise technological innovation strength and quality, analysing of the relationship between various factors of technology innovation ability, enriching the research of innovation ability evaluation of existing technology content.The technique innovation index of coal enterprise evaluation system established in this paper, covering the technology innovation input ability, development ability, output ability and innovation environment, 4 principles and 12 specific indicators. The evaluation results show that the technology innovation ability of Shanxi coal enterprises is generally not strong, which hinders the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry. According to the results of the analysis, put forward countermeasures to enhance technology innovation ability of Shanxi coal enterprises from the microcosmic perspective, and then rise to the macro economic angle to promote the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry policy recommendations. To promote the transformation and upgrading of coal industries, suggest to grasp the overall from four aspects: clear the direction of transformation and upgrading; enhance the capability of green technology innovation; upgrade the industrial chain; practise the difference of technological innovation mode. Promoting the upgrading of coal industry needs to promote energilise and resourcilise with the help of green technology innovation ability; start from the process upgrading, product upgrading, function upgrading and chain upgrading this "4 upgrade"; practice the difference in technology innovation mode which means that large enterprises focus on independent innovation, small and medium-sized enterprises focus on imitative innovation.
