An Analysis Of The Human Capital Level Effects On Industry Structure Upgrading In Liaoning

IIn recent years,China's economic development has entered a good momentum of the background,Liaoning's economic and social development environment is also undergoing profound changes.Liaoning Province,the slow upgrading of industrial structure,which greatly constrained the revitalization of the old industrial base,the improvement of human capital level is to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,the core elements,but also to promote the healthy development of the economy.Only by ensuring the coordinated development of human capital level and industrial structure in order to achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,accelerate economic growth;when the development of the two is not coordinated,it will affect the industrial structure and economic development.Based on the theory of industrial structure and human capital,this paper studies the development of industrial structure and the level of human capital in Liaoning Province.And the influence mechanism of Liaoning human capital level on the transformation of industrial structure was analyzed by using the regression data,ADF test,cointegration test and Granger causality test.The influence of Liaoning human capital level on the transformation of industrial structure was analyzed by collecting data from 1985 to 2016 in Liaoning Province.Measuring the relationship between the level of human capital and the upgrading of industrial structure,and then analyze the conclusion that the two promote each other.And put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The results show that there is a long-term stable relationship between human capital level and industrial structure upgrading in Liaoning.The coordination mechanism between human capital level and industrial structure is weak,but the improvement of human capital level still provides a certain driving force.Through the detailed analysis of the three major industrial structures and human capital stock in Liaoning Province,this paper finds out the human capital development model which is suitable for the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning Province,so as to ensure the sound and rapid development of economy in Liaoning Province.
