Study On Characteristic Agricultural Industrialization And The Increase Of Peasants' Income In Xinjiang

After 30 years of reformance and development, Xinjiang's capacity of agricultural production has been greatly improved . Tremendous changes have taken place in rural areas face. The supply of agricultural products , which was in a long-term shortage achive to basic balance in total. Farmers basically solved the problem of food and clothing. At the same time, oversupply of agricultural products and development has encountered new problems , there has been difficulty in selling agricultural products. And prices has declined, income of the farmers has grewn slowly and so on. Under the new situation, restructuring the strategic of the agricultural and rural structure, and overall improving the comprehensive efficiency and competitiveness of agriculture become the only way. How to make full use of local resources , and to adjust the agricultural structure, to promote peasants' income growing steadily, characteristic agricultural industrialization is a very practical way. Xinjiang University ShiChuan LingYi outstanding graduates' project—"Study on The Ways to increase income of farmers In Xinjiang" is the background of this paper. And this paper basising on a large number of documents available and field research, combining with the situstion of peasants' income and characteristic agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang and examples, take a depth discussion on the active role that characteristic agricultural industrialization plays in peasants' income growth ,and put forward related policy recommendations. This paper attempts to deeperly explain the great significance that characteristic agricultural industrialization take to peasants' income growth by discussing interaction mechanism between characteristic agricultural industrialization and peasants' income growth.
